European Group For Lean Construction
EGLC15 : 3rd and 4th May, Oslo, Norway
Welcome to Oslo, and the next meeting in the European Group for Lean Construction (EGLC15). The EGLC15 meeting is hosted by a constellation of academic and industrial partners. The Norwegian Research Council is financing a research and development project with these partners from two construction companies, Veidekke and Kruse Smith, and four academic partners, University of Oslo, University of Agder, BI Norwegian Business School and Fafo. The research and development project includes two PhDs, several Master thesis and research projects within fields such as knowledge and learning, organisational development, collaboration, waste and work flow, construction logistics and strategy and operational effectiveness. The ongoing work within this project reflects the outlined programme for EGLC15. However, contributions are welcome concerning other topics relevant to the EGLC community.

Fafo is close to the centre of Oslo. Approx. 20 minutes by airport train to main airport or 45 minutes by bus or train to local airport offering low cost services to many European cities.
