When you arrive at Oslo Congress Center: 
You will get your name tags, conference package etc when you register in the lobby. Registration starts at 9.00, the conference starts at 8.30. The first row in Hall B (Sal B) is reserved for speakers and panellists.

Social gathering on the 6th

There will be a social gathering for the speakers and conference participants in the Congress Centre on Tuesday 6th October 18.00-21.00.
Food and beverages will be served. Please give notice if you are not attending.

Presentations

All presentations to be shown on-screen at the conference must be sent us as soon as possible: By e-mail to: tina.oestberg@fafo.no
Or, on USB-stick at the conference venue on the 7th. Must be downloaded in the morning before the conference starts.

The staff at the registration desk will welcome you in the foyer at the conference center on arrival. If the desk is unmanned please contact me on +47 99 10 80 83.

You will be contacted by your session’s chairperson either before or at the conference venue before your speech.

The presentations/power point files will be available at our website after the conference, unless the speakers tell us not to.

Please let us know if you need any additional technical equipment.

Interpretation

There will be simultaneous interpretation to/from English at the conference. The interpreters wish to prepare themselves and any manuscript, draft, presentation or other material that can help them familiarize themselves with your presentation will be highly welcomed.
