Training of senior CSO staff

As many as 36 CSO staff attended the training sessions in Amman, that took place from January 20 - February 9, 2004. They included 16 governorate office heads as well as central coordinating staff and data entry personnel for the survey.

The eight trainers from Fafo provided instruction in modern survey methods as well as the particulars of the IMIRA survey. Topics such as quality management, survey organisation, logistics, field updating of the sample clusters, interviewing, the questionnaire and data entry were discussed in detail.
