Crossing borders. The report Crossing borders presents the results of a study on foreign prostitution in Oslo, focusing on women from Eastern and Central Europe. The main goals of the study have been twofold: 1) Estimate the number of women selling sexual services and the distribution of different nationalities in various arenas of the sex market; 2) Explore the mechanisms involved in trafficking of women for sexual exploitation. 2003-2004

A life of one's own. A rights-based approach to the rehabilitation of victims of trafficking in Serbia" The project is related to victimisation and needs assessment among women and children in Serbia who have been trafficked for the purpose of sexual exploitation, and is carried out by Fafo AIS in collaboration with Victimology Society of Serbia and Sør-Trøndelag University College (Faculty of Health Care and Social Professions, Department of Social Work Programme). 2004

The aim was to increase the understanding of the situation and living conditions for children growing up away from their biological parents, seen in the risk group for being exploited as labour force.
