All presentations to be shown on-screen at the conference must be sent us as soon as possible:

A separate desk will be set up in the foyer at the conference center  for speakers convenience on arrival. If the desk is unmanned please contact me on +47 906 67 008.

Please expect to be contacted by your session’s chairperson either before or at the conference venue before your speech.

Interpretation

There will be simultaneous interpretation to/from English and to sign language at the conference. The interpreters wish to prepare themselves and any  manuscript, draft, presentation or other material that can help them familiarize themselves with the subject matter will be welcome.
