Lean Construction Norge, a network for collecting and sharing knowledge about project based production management in the ship building industry and the construction industry

Involved planning in Veidekke. Evaluating learning projects in a construction company where a new planning system (Last Planner System) is implemented as a tool to get all employees involved in planning future work activities

Introduction to and implementation of Planner in Kruse Smith. Two pilot projects in a construction company implementing Last Planner System

Evaluating the NAV-reform. Evaluating the Norwegian welfare reform – NAV. One of nine research institutes in Norway taking part in this project. Fafo carry out research on how the employees are taken care of in the reform process
