Ethnic diversity in the labor market

In this project we will map employers' attitudes towards ethnic diversity in the workforce. The basis for the call is the premise that employers' attitudes and ability to deal with diversity among their employees is a key condition for an inclusive working life.

Several international studies have examined the impact of different measures taken to increase and manage diversity in companies. However, we know less about how such measures are perceived and received, and how employers relate to ideals of diversity. This is particularly problematic as efforts to promote diversity have been shown to be more effective when supported by employees and managers.
