Collective agreed sickpay
The project will map how sick pay is regulated through collective agreements across European countries.
The aim is to identify arrangements that provide employees with coverage/compensation that goes beyond statutory entitlements, and to examine how collectively agreed provisions interact with statutory schemes.
Enhanced compensation may relate both to the replacement rate and to the duration of payment.
