Engagement in cultural volunteer activities

In this project, we will explore the factors that promote participation and inclusion of underrepresented groups in cultural volunteering.

The aim is to increase understanding of how social, cultural, and structural conditions influence engagement in the voluntary cultural sector, and to identify measures that can contribute to greater diversity and participation.

The project will examine both barriers and opportunities for inclusion, drawing on qualitative analyses of experiences, practices, and contextual conditions across different areas of the cultural field.
