A new study will be conducted in the Norwegian labour market on conditions for freedom of expression, the prevalence of wrongdoing and whistleblowing activity. This project is ommissioned by the Fritt Ord Foundation.
In this survey, particular attention will be given to younger employees, that is, those under the age of 30.
The reason is that there is limited information about how young people assess their conditions for freedom of expression and what kinds of experiences they may have with whistleblowing.
Another important part of the project is to examine developments in Norwegian working life over time. Fafo has examined these topics at regular intervals since 2010.
