Outdoor gathering places for people who use drugs

The project will evaluate "Hagen," an outdoor gathering place for people actively using drugs in Oslo, run by the Welfare Agency of Oslo Municipality. The aim of the study is to produce evidence-based research that can contribute to improving services for people who use drugs in Oslo.
