This report examines how the districts of Oslo consider applications for and allocation of nursing home rooms. The work is carried out as a documentation and development project. Along with the documentation work, the districts of Oslo have participated in efforts to develop a better practice for the various phases in dealing with a case. The report describes both the practice and potential improvements.
