Working conditions in hotels and restaurants

In this project, the branch consisting of hotels and restaurants will be mapped, to see what changes have occurred since the last report in 2014. This will provide knowledge about employment and characteristics of employees, pay and working conditions, health and safety and knowledge of work-crime related incidents, like black economy.
