Increased flexibility and accessibility of Higher Vocational Education are essential for enabling individuals across the country to enhance their skills while remaining employed.

The project will provide insights into the advantages and disadvantages of various online Higher Vocational Education solutions. We will also present different actors views on the use of online education and its impact on learning communities and the quality of the education.

Furthermore, we will examine how employers perceive such educations, including their views on the quality of online training and the opportunities it provides for employees to pursue education while working.
