Tørn 2 - Follow-up Evaluation
Follow-up research and evaluation project on the continuation of the municipal development program Tørn, which was established in 2020. This is the second evaluation of the program.
Central questions in the evaluation are:
- Which measures are being tested?
- What effects do the measures have at individual and organizational level
- What has inhibited and promoted the introduction of new solutions?
- How do the participants benefit from the Tørn methodology?
- What do the participants do to achieve diffusion and lasting results?
